Workout Information
Practices are lead by at least one of our team coaches. While each coach has different styles for leading the practice, our practices maintain similar structure. Click here to see an example of a typical practice. The team ensures consistent training instruction by emphasizing common drills that focus on all of the elements that make great swimmers: swimming form, strength, breathing techniques, etc. While we realize that each swimmer has personal goals, we encourage everyone to come, learn and have fun.
