Since membership dues and fundraising efforts alone do not cover the total cost of operating Team Detroit Aquatics, we rely on contributions from sponsors who also value the role that team sports play in building our community. While Team Detroit Aquatics has a low operating expense, these sponsorships help keep our membership dues affordable to everyone who wishes to participate.

Team expenses primarily include pool rentals and other minimal operating expenses, no team officers or managers are paid. However, it is our goal to expand the team to someday be able to hire full-time paid coaches and further help aspiring athletes afford the costs associated with participating in competitions.
